Charlie Angelilli, P.E.
Senior Project Engineer
Charlie brings extensive design experience and creativity to the RESolutions team. He holds licenses in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Charlie joined RESolutions in 2010 and specializes in the design of and problem solving for residential structures. He has been involved in hundreds of projects in the DC Metro area and continues to use his expertise to devise creative and efficient solutions to meet our client's needs.
Prior to graduating from the University of Maryland's School of Engineering, Charlie worked as a Carpenter for 9 years and as a customer service associate in hardware stores for 3 years. His background in framing and his focus on customer service give him a unique skill set that most structural engineers do not have. The experience that he gained from these jobs allow him to provide our clients with unique insights into the wide variety of issues that houses in the DC Metro area have.
Charlie has been a practicing structural engineer since 2006. He has served as a Project Manager and Design Engineer for many types of commercial and residential projects and understands the design processes and challenges associated with each.
In his free time Charlie enjoys watching and playing sports (baseball, golf), participating in community events such as Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together (a program that helps low-income homeowners by doing house repairs and maintenance) and spending time with his family.
