RESolutions (Residential Engineering Solutions) is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in the investigation of structural problems in homes in the DC/MD/VA area. RESolutions has been helping homeowners, home buyers and design professionals since 1999. We remain one of only a few companies in the area that specializes in residential structures. Our team of engineers are all licensed Professional Engineers with many years of experience.

What We Do:

RESolutions can help you with problems in your existing home, or with designing your new one. We can examine structural issues or work with your architect or contractor to design the structure for your new home or addition.
